I have the 285/75/16 duelers but want new tires. Mostly onroad driving but here in Nova Scotia we have lots of snow from december to march.Does anyone know a good tire,[especially in snow]for year round use and looks aggressive.
Thanks. Kevin

The duelers will do really well in snow. I upgraded mine to the Mickey Thomson Baja MTZ's. Quiet on road and very aggresive off road and they wear like bricks.

They are LT rated and should have no issues towing that trailer. But as always, make sure you check the load rating before you buy.
www.tirerack.com is a good source for doing research.

I agree, no problem towing at all. I towed my boat last night for the first time with the new mtz's with no problems at all.
Another good tire if you are mainly road driving but want something good in snow and mud when you do come across it is Interco super swamper Thornbirds. They are VERY VERY quiet and is basically an all terrain tread with lots of siping, but they have very aggressive sidewall lugs that won't touch the road but digs like hell in snow and mud...GREAT tire for what you need. My all time favorite, they just didn't make em in the size I needed, thats why I went with the mickey thompsons.

BFG Mud Terrains, Toyo MT's, or Cooper STT's, all 3 very good tires and long lasting.
