I wonder if they ever did charge the guy in the Hummer? Imangine being in that other car when that H1 started smashing it!

Yeah right. They could have been long gone by the time the cops would have found that car. I say good for the H1 owner. He had every right to go after them, BUT I think he may have let his adrenaline rush get the best of him. He shouldn't have been chasing the guys through congested neighborhoods.
I get tired of seeing how criminals that get caught breaking the law somehow always manage to find some angle of sympathy when they get hurt. My feeling is their should be a law that says if you are commiitting a criminal act, anything that happens to you while doing it is their responsibility and so is the outcome. If they get hurt, shot, dismembered, etc, well, you shouldn't have done it in the first place should you?
