here's the latest, got a call about 20 minutes ago and said that they couldn't find anything that would cause bad gas mileage other than the oversized tires and that I needed to put the stockers back on and bring it back in for them to conduct an real test, also said that there was a code for engine misfiring, I asked if it could be a symptom of the soft valve guide issue...he sounded kinda stunned and silent for a few seconds then said that for now it's ok but most all of the h3's they have seen with valve guide problems started with this type of code....WONDERFUL!!!!!!

Hell, I don't care...this is why I only leased it. My dad always said never buy a first year truck/motor, guess he was right again

Let em put 5 new motors in it...as long as I get that Caddi as a loaner it's all good

It's still nice to get back in your truck.

I'd raise holy hell about it regardless .. get in touch with the corporate aspect and file a complaint with them against your dealer .. I had to do that when my Dodge dealer dumped a bunch of yellow paint on my SRT-10 and scratched the hell out of it .. told me I did it and tried to pin it on them ... Called DC and filed a complaint ... Ended up with a quad cab Hemi RAM for a week, free sirius install, repainted the affected areas, new glass all around, and 2 free oil changes ..
If that don't work, spend a couple of hours in their show room and voice your opinions to every customer who steps in, that works too :)

Question? I have heard (also here) that running on lower than a 1/4 tank hurts the fuelpump? If this is true, why not just fill up once and then when your tank hits 1/2, put $20.00 in it?

I always fill mine up when it hits 1/2. Mostly because I don't want the gas bill for a bone dry H2.
Bone dry??? (where the hail did that come from?)

Ain't that the truth ... nothing like those $60 dollar plus fill ups ...

the first time they gave me a h3(13miles) off the lot to drive. the last time they
sent me to enterprise(both h3's rented) i got a caddy cts only thing i paid was
a deposit that they refunded me. in your case i would complain!
