Its improved mileage and performance. I’ve had zero problems and being GM it’s covered.

CWO - where did you get it and how much? Does the install need to be GM to maintain coverage?

dilo2001gt...........hope you don't mind but i noticed that your h3 got a leveling kit with some bigger tires.  Do you mind helping me out?

Hello everyone.  This is my first post, as well as my first hummer.  I have had my H3X (lux) for about a week already and I am really anxious to put a leveling kit with some 33" mud tires on 18 inch chrome rims.  However, this is the first time that I have ever done this to one of my vehicles.  The ride on my H3X is so smooth and I am kinda skeptical that the upgrades might mess up that smooth ride.  Can anyone please offer some advice as to whether they have had experience with this?  Also, if the hummer dealership can do the upgrades for me or if a place such as truckers world is safe enough to upgrade my vehicle without messing things up?  It is really to sweet of a ride to mess up.  I know that the upgrades would make it look sick, but is it worth it. Thanks.

Yes I believe it uses the stock box. The new air filter is cone shaped. GM Performance parts do not affect the original warranty. The mass flow air sensor or whatever it’s called works with system. I’ve had zero problems. The cost? I not sure I’ll have to look it up. It was purchased and installed by Reeves HUMMER in Tampa.

This is very cool indeed. CWO - do you have an 06 or 07 H3?

Does it make any rattling noises like I have read about some of the aftermarket CAIs? I only ask because it looks similar in design to those but I do like the fact that it is GM.

Yikes! That is steep. I think I'll wait a bit longer for K&N to come out with the 07 FIPK (but I won't hold my breath).

I have an 06. It fits the 06-07 models part #17802464. You remove all the plastic on top of the engine. The engine runs cooler with the GM CAI and the Corsa. No noise other that a deep sound when you hit a passing gear. It's from GM for the I5 engines. Price? It works with zero problems.

Is this easy to install?  By that question I mean the K&N CAI has nice handy instructions, at least it appears so on their website...i'm still trying to decide what brand to get

GM Performance Intake: One of the only complete CAI system on the market for the "2007" H3 with the new air box. I did contact most all Mfg's about the 2007 H3....
Just installed it!
