All H1 hummers can go 30" deep as for HMMWV with the deep fording kit they can go 50" but yea that hummer is an 98 H1 hummer with no deep fording kit or anything.

Actually, the deep water fording kit on the HMMWV will allow you to ford water almost as deep as the vehicle is tall. Both the intake and exahust are above the roof line, and the gearbox vents are plumbed together into one tube next to the intake riser. Assuming the fuel fill cap is put on tight, the fuel system will be water tight as well. The only problem is, getting the driver to breathe.
