First of all, you guys need to be aware that offroad vehicles use undersized sway bars for a resaon. The reason is so they dont limit your articulation. Go to the Toyota site and read their FJ specs/explanation of why they do this and you will understand.
If you Hummer does not go offroad and is a pavement princess, then go ahead and install beefier sway bars.
Ultimately, the best option would be to have thicker sway bars with quick disconnects.

What you say makes sense..specially a quick disconnect sway bar. I don't expect to do any rock climbing. Just maybe some grassey knolls but I would like to reduce the lean in everyday driving.

unfortunetly for h2 owners, a well equipped h3 will go more places than an equally equipped h2 will......lemme have it shorty
it's not as much fun when you ask for it - dik.
i could be in a new FJ and leave your redneck a$$ behind on any terrain - you'd be too worried about damaging those sissy blinkers you put on your truck . . . . . .

If your tires sqeal your pushing it on your speed in corners (most of the time), plus you have tall sidewalls so flexing is a factor. You also have to remember that GM (IFS) suspensions are not at a 90 degree vertical axis, thats why GM when articulating and or bottom out hard they tend to crush splash guards i.e. the back part of the fender well, they are canted back to increase the turning radius. See the newer (IFS) Dodges have a 90 degree vertical movement, great ride lousy turning radius, when bottoming out tend to push the top of the fender. A good way to see how your suspension looks is have someone drive your vehicle in an open parking lot and turn in a circle an you will see the angles and how it digs.
