well,i got some stainless ordered today,my wife really wants a light bar,but hers has to be bling bling as she says, its pretty pricy stuff, almost 20 bucks a foot..and it takes 8ft to make one my way.and i will even try a new mounting point for the front, see if it can be easier for one and firmer for 2.i will post some pics as i get them.my ol lady got another cameraq testerday.it should be sweet

The beer he can get himself, but the second  item probably has limited availability and is dependent
upon the quality of the finished light bar.

well,i got it 95% done.its done enough it can ride on the truck,i just have to wait till i get some lights then i will polish the crap outta it.remind me never to do a stainless bar again.this stuff moves so much when you put heat to it.check out the new front mount.i just had to make a longer bolt,i took a y head and welded it to a long 6mm bolt, both stainless,so they wont corrode.you can hardly even see the bolt head

I think you need to fab up some mudflaps for those KS winter roads.

You should get hummer to add you to thier catalog of accessories. By the time you are finished every H3 in the country is going to have your light bar on it
It looks better than anything that I've seen so far, it's cool because it's subtle. You can tell that you have done something without it being obnoxious.

yeah,i really needed to,otherwise i would have had to have the hummer around everytime i made one,so now i can just do it on my workbench.and it fits like a glove.the crappy part is that i have to make a long bolt, its hard to weld those boogers

whatever you have to do to keep cranking out those goodies....

and I can't wait to see the roof rack.... maybe when the warmer weather hits....

just make that a loop on the front of the basket... weld the feet on to mount it all around...

You CAN do it!!!!
