spedo not working

Hi Guys,
 
A question all the way from Ireland. My spedo has stopped working any ideas on main problem or best area to start looking or replacing.

Anyways....my RPM's stopped working and they replaced the whole cluster under warranty. I heard this guy on eBay does a good job:

My family is from Baliglass (pardon the spelling). I am actually planning a trip to Ireland next year to go see my Grandfathers house.

Supposedly in Kilkenny there is an "ORMAN" castle, so I'm thinking about walking in there LIKE I OWN THE PLACE!!
