Spare tire question

I recently put 285s on my H3. I did not buy an extra for the spare and still have the 265 mounted on the tailgate. I plan to get the last 285 mounted on the spare next month. If I did get a flat tomorrow could I use the 265 to get home or would that cause damage?

You know the answer to your question.     With full time awd, I would not suggest even a short ride on a different size spare because of the risk of T case damage.  If we had a T case w/ 2wd, you could at least put it on the front.  You could get away with it on a very slick surface (Ice/Snow) for a short while, but I wouldn't want to have to do it!
