On the main eBay page, there is an icon in the upper-right that says "Live Help" I used this a couple of times. You can get into a Live Chat forum with an eBay rep. This is the best way to get results.

So Mike, I tried Live Chat....After 40 minutes she tells me to contact SAFE HARBOR. I told her I already did, so she says try it again
