Does anyone know where you can get a service or repair Manual for a 98 Hummer.  Been searching the web, and only found manuals for 2002 and up.

Thanks.

Any Hummer dealership can sell you the full parts/service manual on CD for a 98 - well worth the expense, it is a very comprehensive manual.

Hey chsnprodigy, i found the H1SI software at bluehummer.com for $450.  I haven't seen any screen shots.  Have you recieved it yet?  Is it worth the money?

Yes I recieved my cd, but I didnt pay $450. I only paid like $35.00. And the cd I recieved is well worth the money. It explains things like a chilts or haynes manual would...with pictures.

FYI, the BlueHummer.com CD's (authored by Dave Breggin) are not the same as the OEM AM General service/parts manual that is also available on CD.

BOTH are excellent resources, however - I would recommend that any H1 owner get BOTH.
In fact, you can probably order both right from BlueHummer.com, since they also sell the full catalog of OEM parts.
I believe Dave's CD is about $35, and the OEM Service/Parts manual is about $130 or so.

FWIW, I am not affiliated with BlueHummer.com in any way, shape or form, other than as a customer.
