I havent purchased the updated version of the roof marker lights yet, but i plan on doing so as soon as im able to get some idea of how difficult they might be to install. Has anyone performed this install? If so, what was involved and do you reccomend this accessory?

They are not available yet, semi easty install , template is included

A few people on here have talked about ordering them but I don't think anybody has recieved them and installed them yet. I also want them and see them on eBay all the time.
The only problem with the original ones from my research was that they were making some kind of whistling noise at higher speeds and that's why they were redesigned. Someone also posted that GM is going to be releasing rear ones in addition to the front ones. I know I'm getting both.
Hopefully somebody that has the new ones can post a response and let you know the results.
