I just bought a 2008 H2 SUT and I wanted to put a Fabtech 6" kit on it, except they won't have any made until next year. Full Throttle has a kit for the 2008 now. Has anyone had there suspension kit before? Or they any good?

if you want it done right, wait for Fabtech.  why you want a 6" lift, well, that's something only you can know.

Whats wrong with a 6" lift with 38" tires?

you can fit 37" tires without a lift.  i've just seen lifted H2s have more issues in snow and boulders that make me realize NOT adding a lift was definitely a wise move.  i just don't see the need for it, the truck can do almost anything without a lift.  but, it's your money - although I would still wait until fabtech has something ready - they're reliable and very responsive when there are problems.

I got a h3 with a a sweet 4'' from Tuff Country and i can fit 38s, so you there is that option

I agree with Shortbus. No need for the lift kit unless you are just after the look. It probably hurts your off road performance more than it helps.

Doesnt lifting help with the articulation and the suspension geometry?
