Again, thank you for the welcome.
I DO like it called a "Rig" rather than a "Truck". I just dont see a hummer as a truck. It is either the king of the jeeps or a rig.

Most of the time I just say My Hummer or the hummer.
Calling it a truck does seem like an insult, even an SUV.
"like nothing else", do we start there?

I call them rigs and Hummers. I also call them trucks and see no insult.

I just got through driving an H3 around. I think it was an 08 but not sure... it only had 77 miles on it. The dealership gave it to me as a loaner while they put the tires on (took'em all weekend) mine. Anyways... the H3s are not really that bad of a ride... once you get used to them.
