Do ou guys go by the "engine oil life"program or do you change the oil every 3,000 miles?

I try to go by the every three months; that's sooner than the 3,000 miles or the engine oil life readout.

with the quality of oil today, that's alot. unless you're driving in a lot of dust or crud. i rely on the computer.
