I have both the roof top and the lower grille off road lights OEM.  I bought them both off E-Bay and they came with everything needed (wiring, relay, switch, instructions)
I paid $260 for the roof top and about $125 for the grille lights.  I can tell you that the lower grille lights are a harder install than the roof top lights. Gm has left you some blunt cut wires in the wiring harnesses for these lights.  The instructions are pretty clear.

I really want the roof lights.  when you say they come with the stock wires and everything needed..  is that a aftermarket autoparts switch or the stock looking one?

I got my roof lights off of ebay also. I believe I got them for 160.00 and they are the factory lights so they came with everything including factory wires and switch. Directions were very good.

Buy it now on eBay, $145. Check notes in auction, "WE SUGGEST YOU VERIFY THIS COMPONANT WITH NUMBERS PROVIDED WITH YOUR LOCAL DEALER TO VERIFY YOUR PARTICULAR APPLICATION
DRVERSIDE FOG LIGHT LENS HAS SMALL CRACK"

The OEM part number is 19156091

GMpartsdirect.com gets $316

The one on eBay is damaged, thus $145

My salesman at the dealer told me that the grill lights weren't even an option on Alpha's because of cooling restrictions and them blocking part of the lower grill. Anyone know if this is true?

Your salesman has spoken a truth, sort of.  The GM press release to print said just exactly that, before any dealers had Alphas to sell.  Then CCMDoc posted up pics of his new Alpha, and he has the grill mounted off road lights.............go figure?   Link to his gallery: CCMDoc's Alpha    I have seen several more with the off road lights in the mini grill????  Tell your salesman to get with the times.
