o6 daytime run lghts

Sorry if this has been talked about before, I couldn't find it.
Anyway I have a 06 H3 and the daytime running lights are my amber lights
can this be changed to low beam.  I couldn't find it in the manul either.

I believe it's controlled by the BCM.  So unless it can be reprogrammed, then no.

I have an 06 h3 and my daytime lights are my low beams.  It has been that way since I purchased it.  I would like to be able to have the amber parking lights on instead.  It seems that you should be able to change it since we both have 03's and have different lights on during the day.
 
Let me know if you find out.  Meanwhile I will do some searching to solve the issue.

The late 2006 lights are headlights as opposed to the parking lights.  Kinda like the late 2007 window controls are higher up on the arm rest as opposed to right where you put your elbow.  They call it a mid-year change and the auto industry has been doing it for a very long time.

I have a March 2006 production date and it has the low beam for DRL's.
