Hey all, first off you guys are torturing me. I am not YET a hummer owner, but soon will be. I have been a "enthusiest" for a few yrs now (since the H2 came out) but just couldn't justify a purchase. I have a young family with money flying in all directions so I had to wait. Then the H3 came out and this thing is right up my alley. I am looking at a purchase probably after the first of the year. My wife just bought a Envoy, I couldn't talk her into the H3 for herself so I am waiting again. The info you post is great. It keeps me going until I finally get my own. There is only one dealer in my area that has an inventory of 6 at a time. I have drove the majority of them HAHA!!

kgriff4, that sure is an inventive way to satisfy your thirst for the H3. Hope you get to buy yours soon!

And keep coming back to post.

Thanks Guys, I just sent an e-mail to a dealer 4hrs away requesting a quote. I am wishfully thinking that I can work something out. So we will see. My "local" dealer 1hr away is blowing the prices through the roof $41,000 for adv,lux package. I know that's around 3 grand too high. But I am not going to settle. I can wait......maybe. It just depends on how many cool pics I get taunted with. So if I come home with one is the back big enough to live in?

i've slept in the back of the bus, but not sure how much room there is in an H3. even the bus was kinda cramped, but i'm sure you can make it work. just tell your wife we forced you into it, i'm sure she'll understand

What color and package are you looking for? The H3's at the Maine Hummer happening kept right up with the big boys, very impressive!

Boulder Grey Adv, Lux. packages. step bars. Can you get the lux. package without the xm and onstar without ordering one? I haven't seen one and am pretty sure you would have to order it.

You'd probably habe to order it. Even then most stuff comes together in packages and they may not allow single items to be deleted.
Questions for you H3 guys? Does the H3 have heated seats?
My wife likes the boulder grey also ,but she loves my heated seats.

Hey, Intercooled, I've never used those heated seats. It's summer all year round here, so we do use the air condition year round though! Lol!! Must be nice to use them in cold weather. Hehe!

heated seats are sweet, even though it rarely goes below freezing here.

This is my first vehicle with heated seats and leather. The heated seats are awesome!!! Its starting to get chilly here in NH and the warm seats do the trick. They also feel good on a tired ower back. Therepy while you drive!
Does the H3 offer heated seats?

The wife's envoy has heated seats, they are nice. But they make me feel like I had an accident on myself if you let them get pretty warm HAHA

my harley has a heated seat, and built in hand warmer. problem is, the heater stays on all the time, even in the summer, and you can only use the handwarmer when you're sitting at a red light. hd calls it an engine, but it does the same thing . . . .

Hey, shortbus, I didn't know you were a biker! Now that should save you a lot of gas

i don't consider myself a biker, just wanted a sportster while i was younger, and decided to get exactly what i wanted a few years ago (ex said it was my midlife crisis). had the seat warmer rebuilt with the buell 1200 heads since then, now it's even more of what i wanted. but, it's a bit too hot to ride to work in the summer, and lane splitting here is a tad too nuts. now that i work from home, my daily commute mileage is great, so the bike is just for fun.
