after doing much homework went with the 285 75 16 good year silent armors, will take pics soon i hope.
now i just need some places in or around nj to go off roading. am happy so far.

did you get the goodyear MTR'S? If you only got the all terrain tread tires then I wouldn't look to do much offroading around here (NJ) You need a good mud terrain tread for most northeast off-roading.

I-Killer: Where do you go here in NJ. I'm having a bear of a time finding somewhere to off-road. The only place that I've heard of is the pine barrens but I'n not sure where. Any info would be greatly appreciated.

let me clarify that, i mean trail riding or anything similar, as my wife and i want to get into this type of driving. yes they are the all terrain tires, i didn't want to go to a mud tire at this time. besides that i have not seen a bad review on these tires yet.
