Finally got some new shoes for the Hummah. BFG A/Ts, 295/75/16 (34"). Very minor rubbing on the sway bar - I can't feel it or hear it, I just see the new shiny spot from the rubbing. HUGE improvement over the base 265 Wranglers, both on road and offroad. Took it for a quick spin this weekend. After the t-bar crank and new tires the skids plates weren't used once in places I used to scrape. Great grip, the H3 just kept crawling. Sorry, haven't done any straight shots yet, I'll get those in soon.
And yes - to be in the Arizona desert in March - it was a flawless day outside.

You can see some of the pics and details here:
http://www.hummerforums.com/m_107906/tm.htm I ran the wire through the opening in the rear door behind the spare;
drilled a small hole in the door plastic near the hinge;
ran the wire under the plastic cover for the monsoon, door sills, etc.
Had to add a ground wire to the frame from the L bracket as the door or door paint wasn't allowing a good ground.

alrock,
Looks good .....I also have the BFG AT K/O 285............I really like this tire. You stated you really noticed the difference with the new tires when you took it off road, what was the big difference in your opinion?

I switched from the Wrangler P rated tires. The BFGs gave me a lot more grip on loose soil, hard pack and over the rocks. Going up 2" gave me another 1" of ground clearance which helped too. Less wheel spin overall. Hopefully I'll have some more video early next week after a trip to Sedona, AZ this weekend.
