Just wanted to post the pics of the installed intake.  Noticable power increase and sounds great under the hood.

Looks good.  Did you do it yourself or have a shop install it for you?  (reason I ask is, I'm thinking about potentially doing it myself if it easy)

Its very easy.  Just need a few tools that you already have and about an hour of time.  Well worth the money and a very easy install.  Just remember before you install to make sure that everything is clean so you don't suck anything into the engine that you don't want to.  Comes with detailed instructions that anyone should be able to follow.

How loud is it?

Its pretty noticable.  Not annoying or anything but you can tell its there.  Nothing that the radio wouldn't drown out.  At 75 it is hardly noticable with the radio off.  Its supposed to give about 16 more horse and I think it is really noticable.  Those are the numbers that I have gotten from K&N.  Well worth the investment.  I also have a Magnaflow SS cat-back going on soon and I will post some pics of that also.

I think it is just a looks thing.  I was able to get this one for the same price as the fipk.  They do the same thing just look a little different.  I don't know if I can tell you where I got it at but you can e mail me and I will tell you.  jbnjc123@yahoo.com.

Hope to get the exhaust started tonight.  Its nice cause its all 304 stainless and the mufflers have a mirror finish.  I guess if you ever wanted to fix your hair in a muffler this would be the one to get.  I will get some pics before I install so you can see what I am talking about.

I have a 06/H3.  I opted for GM approved parts. I had the Corsa Exhaust installed GM # 14212 and the Performance Air Intake GM # 17502464. Since the install my MPG city is high 16 to low 17. The engine is also more responsive.

We have been together for years so its nothing to worry about.  Complete 100% trust.  Would be no H3 if there was no trust, much less buyin bling.

I'd be interested to know if you notice a MPG increase.  Intake alone, and intake and exhaust combo.  Thanks.

I will keep you posted on the MPG.  Hopefully I will be able to get a few more but if not the sound and the look is worth it.
