Yea, I am gonna take it, only if its around 320 or less a month.. My Dakota runs like crap. It has the v8, 360 motor in it. No power at all. Heck, the hummer I want , with the 5 cylander can out run that. The dakota needs tires, rotors, breaks, a tune up, etc. It has over 70,000 miles. Alot off road to, as I own a camp in northern PA.. We have alot of fun up there. I get really bad gas mileage in the dakota.  And it is not reliable. I have 2 kids, I need something I can trust, and under warranty.. The Hummer almost seems perfect.. Hope it works out..
 
 The reason he used the high interest rate is due to my divorse about 3 years ago. He said just in case, like money owed that the wench didn,t pay, or stuff like that. He said its just the worst case..
 
 Question about hummer radios?? I noticed a few weird stations, like the MX radio?? Whats that? Can anyone tell me about the radio and stuiff?? I am getting really excited here.. I need a freekin beer...

XM radio, satellite Like Sirius.

Your vehicle probably has an XM subscription still in effect from previous owner.  I have grown to like mine quite a bit.

Well, I may have to keep it.. Never listen to it till lastnight on my 1 hour test drive.. lol

i also noticed its a manual tranny,  those are rare, it seems.

i got the luxury and i didnt want it but it was worth it.....i would get that or the off road.......i drove all kinds of high priced cars and even a h2 and owned a cadillac SUV and the h3 rides great....well worth it

XM Stereo.....They all have it.  If you chose to subscribe then you get to use it.  Or you could get lucky like me......I bought my 2006 H3 in December and the previous owner must have pre-paid for the XM service cuz I am getting it and I haven't ever signed up for it. 

Also, unless you put a new motor in your Dakota, its a 5.2 liter and that is a 318 ci.

The Xm radio is pretty good, also I got a letter that they are joining with Sirus coming this year or next...Not too sure about that, but if they do that is great for sports fans. It will cover every sport then.
 
I like XM for the hockey talk and some of the music, without commercials. It isn't a terrible price monthly, but if the two companies merge it is sure to go up.

I also saw that they put navigation in the description. Either my eyes are that bad, or that isn't the navigation radio. However they could mean the package with Onstar..

18% is steep.  You can probably do MUCH better on your own.  That is bad even by GMAC standards. 
 
Is it manual? If so, you can welcome yourself to our rare manual transmission club!  There's only a few of us on the forum with them.

Well, the dealer wants me to meet him at 4 pm today.. He said no matter what he will make it work. So I am pretty excited.. I try not to think about it, just incase something goes wrong, but I can,t stop.. Yea, its an automatic..  Teh radio had XM and Sirus on it. Both were playing??? And the navigation is there, but hows it work? Do i have to purchase the screen for the navigation.. Looks like I,ll be on here alot , asking all stupid question?? LOL     My dakota quad cab is a 360 v8 motor.. Not many of those around.. Gas eater!  I get 8-10 MPG.
 
 PS..White. I am a big hockey fan, But I live in Pittsburgh, looks like we may be enemies soon.. LOL

Just be a little careful.  If they know how bad you want the truck, they may jack up the interest rate higher then waht you can get.  If you are getting the truck for around 12 to 15 like it sounds like with your trade-in, and you get a decent 7% or 8% rate, like some other members said, your payments shoudl be less then $300 if you are going with a standard 5 year loan.  If you have decent credit, don't let them take you for a ride with the financing just because they know they can.  As long as you are happy with the payments and the truck, go for it! It's a NICE looking truck and you are getting one helluva deal on it.

thanks. My name is Ron. Hey, I noticed that the Navigation Radio is different?? Should I ask them where it is?

They may be selling you the Onstar Nav, doesn't have anything to do with the radio. If there isn't a screen where the radio is you don't have that option. You will first have to have the ONstar activated, then you can push the button on the mirror and give them the address, they will download the directions and a computer will tell you where to turn.
 
Was so nice back when it was an actual person doing it, but that has been awhile since they did it that way.

Hope to pick it up today. They are having trouble with the bank. I was divorsed 5 years ago, and there is ONE freekin thing showing on my credit report that they must investigate??? Damn ex wife.. The dealer offered for me to take it lastnight and today, switch cars.. He is actually a cool cat.. I will let you all know later..
