firestone freakin sucks. i have lifetime with them... it takes 3 times and over 6 hours for them to do it.. and its still never good!!

They are using a different shock now. The original ones were for a Ford (BE5-6140-T5). Cognito modified the lower mount (eye to clevis) and the internal bumpstops. They are now using a shock meant for a GM K1500 and it looks like they just modify the bumpstops now.
As for the original topic, Firestone sucks. I went there for the lifetime alignment deal. They had my truck all day and it was worse afterwards than when I took it in. You could actually see the toe-in and it pulled hard.
I didn't have time for them to fix it. I'll take it back to them one more time with the Truxxx specs to see if they can get it done right.

Figured I'd get everything done before I post up pics.
