Navigation System Manual

I just bought my first Hummer.  I got an 06 H3 for my wife.  Forgive my ignorance here, but I am trying to locate a manual for the cd/ xm/ navigation system.  I'm not sure what I've got, I think it's the Monsoon system.

I went to jpcustoms website and printed off a 63 page manual for my H2,  I dont know if it's the same or not as yours but it might not hurt to check.

That looks like what I am looking for.
