Navigation ?

I tried to search for an answer before posting but didn't find much.  I just bought a used 2006 touchscreen Navigation, ant. and CD for my 2003 h2. I paid extra to have it unlocked so I can avoid a trip to the dealer. Supposedly this is a plug and play deal. Anyone done this?  I know the radio should plug right in, Where does the Ant mount?  I sure hope I didn't buy a POS. I bought it on ebay and it arrived today. It looks good on the outside. It will be Sat before I get to install it so keep your fingers crossed for me.

I'm pretty sure the GPS antenna mounts UNDER THE DASH, as far as plug 'n play, I don't know as I had my dealer install one in the wife's old Escalade, but it should just plug into the harness where the radio did??

Well I got my Nav in and it works, I paid the ebay seller $100 to unlock it and it was locked as soon as I turned the key on. I did have my local dealer unlock it yesterday.  Now I need to read the book to figure how to work the nav.  The DVD that came with the radio is pretty scratched but it seems to work although it seems slow to change positions.  Now I need a XM module. I posted about it in another thread.

to see if there is an updated disc!! Then try and buy it on eBay. Probably CHEAPER!!
