As I mentioned in the other thread, my dealer, Long Automotive, has more than a few hummers on the lot... Being down there today, I thought I'd snap of few shots of what they had...

Looks a very comprehensive inventory of hummers. I notice they had the Polaris blue limited edition, did ya check it out?

Yes it was very nice and side by side the H2 looked alot like the H3 similar blue... The inside was really nice leather as well... My favorite color for the H2's however was the maroon in the other picture... That was all leather with a carbon dash and only $61000 sticker... The Blue was $68000 also with a carbon dash... They actually only had 4 H1's in stock and that light brown one is an Alpha...

Hey Intercooled, did you get to choose your color? You got a real nice color. I wish my H2 was that color, instead I have the all-too-common pewter!. but it was a good deal, though; bought it for $44,000!

I did choose my color. They had the Stealth grey with the Lux package on the lot. The color is what really attracted me to it. I do like the pewter though thats a nice color too. I'm not a big fan of the black H2 or white. With Employee discount i paid $52,000. not too bad considering it stickered at $62,000. No sales tax in NH either!!
I do love my color and i havnt seen hardly any around with that color.

Ravyn, Did you pay full sticker?
From what i here the dealers dont move on price on the H2 or H3. They get full sticker. Its kind of an unwritten Hummer thing around here.

The sticker was $35600 and I paid $33000... Partly because I refused to pay retail and partly because the one we agreed on fell through on the dealers end... I signed the papers for the same truck but with no XM and no 6 CD system (just a single)... The dealer had to get it from another local dealer but it sold before he could... They dealer offered me this at the same price... Before that I was getting about $1300 of the MSRP... I am also waiting for a $500 gas card so all in all about $3000 less than MSRP...

Rayvayn, Are there any rebates or incentives at this time? Doesn't sound like it from what you paid.

None here, no incentives... They are not too conducive to making deals because of the way they are selling... Being down there for the usual stuff you need to do at the dealership, I have seen 6 H3's either sold and set aside or picked up... That is inside of just about 3 or 4 hours over just a few days... I have seen some on ebay selling for over MSRP so I would guess it's not too unusual...

Yeah, St the latest Hummer Happening we were talking to the sales manager, He said Hummer dealers are getting full MSRP because all the HUmmers sell and sell pretty quickly. He GM had no say nor did they care if they discounted the vehicle or not. They are fully able to discount vehicle but they just dont. I guess right now its a supply and demand type thing. I get a bit confused by this because all the latest news is about SUVS not selling due to the gas prices and economy. II suppose Hummers doesn'y apply to this? My neighbor manages a Dodge dealership and says the Durangos aren't moving at all. I'm sure glad I took advantage of the Employee discount and they also had a $3,000 rebate to go with it when I bought. Otherwise I probably wouldn't own my H2 toady. Full sticker would have been a bit much for me.

Yes, I saw the story on CNBC the other day... All US autosales are tanking except for the Hummer H3's and the smallest Ford car... I also remember when the Miata came out and the MSRP was $14000-$16000 and everyone was paying $20000 if they wanted to own one... The next year the MSRP was up at $20000 and it never dropped lower again... Now GM is pouring lots of resources in the H3 line and hope to sell 20000-30000 of them by the end of the year... That is alot of H3's but I think next year they will be starting at $32000 with a good model at $37000... Sadly it has more to do with what people will pay than what they are worth...
