I actually thought about nominationg shortbus too..but i wanted to leave that up to the more active members...

even though i just found out about the photo gallery today, i now have a photo album there.

Wow, this is the BESTEST forum in the WHOLE WORLD!! I learn, laugh, love with EVERYONE on this forum. Especially all of the ladies!! They are the most beutiful, intelligent, knowledeble people I've ever had the pleasure of being associated with. Just the other day when I was taking to shortbus (as he was disparaging all of the other members), I told him I couldn't live without this forum, and he said everyone here SUCKS(what's up with that)!!
 
I'm just so thilled to be accepted here cause I have no arms and no legs (bob, get it), and no one makes me feel bad about my BOB status!! Thank you....Thank you ALL!!!

Patrick, a thought here .. along the lines of what you are trying to do with the monthly vehicle.  Comparing street trucks such as Bob's to off road style trucks such as Shorty's .. it's not exactly apples to apples in my opinion.  Personally I think they BOTH deserve the initial "title", glory, honor, or whatever you want to call it.  I think by far they both have the sweetest rides .. just opposite sides of the spectrum!!

once we have a big enough group of regulars here, where we can pit the show trucks to the mudders, we will certainly do that...

at my dodge site, we still put the muddy trucks against the SRT10s, and typically, the muddy trucks win.
 
at some sites this blows up and becomes a big deal...at others, they dont care about it.  at the harley site, they love ROTM...some other, smaller sites cant be bothered.

As a former SRT-10 owner .. there ain't no way no muddy 1500 would've rated higher :-)  Good point though, I guess we need a few more entries to get something like that off the bat. 
I personally think this is a pretty good idea, if nothing else to showcase a members ride and give someone a bit of attention for all the work they have put in to their truck!
