Looking for a spare tire wheel adapter..

Can anyone help on finding a spare tire adapter so I can put the fifth wheel on the back of the 3.. The guy at the tire shop gave me some bogus web address and Im in need of getting the adapter so I can have my 3 matching all five wheels.. anyone know where let me know...????

huh? the new spare rim should bolt right up to where the stock spare was... I don't get it?

Not if his new tire is extra bulgy, the wheel may be too shallow too..I'm assuming of course Oatie either got new wheels or tires or both..

strange, I know I've seen 35's on the back before with no mods and they fit. Mine bolted right up there when I tried....damn, wonder what kind of rim he has that he's having problems?

In JAPAN we have a spare tire adapter which can shift the mounting position of wheel in order to carry a bigger tire.
And that, a back up camera can be mounted on this adapter.

I sort of went "Huhhh" myself. Then I went and looked at his photos in the new members section and it made sense.

I wonder if a rim spacer would help him out? (Provided the mounting bolts are long enough. I've never looked at mine)

Don't some people have to partially deflate the spare to get it to mount up on the carrier, then use an onboard compressor
or some such thingy to bring it up to spec when needed?

That is slick.....But it does make me question: Just HOW MUCH WEIGHT can the rear door hinges support?

By the way BB, what size tires are you running?

Not to sound stereotypical..cuz I just don't know better..

But from what I've seen of Japan's cities..How is it to drive such a hugh vehicle around there in the land of the rising sun?

H3 in that picture is not mine. My H3 has 22-inch wheels and 35-inch tires, And, the fifth wheel is mounted on the back door without any extra adapter, but 35-inch tire is slightly rubbing on a rear bumper.

The size of H3 is not so big. TOYOTA Landcuiser is bigger than H3.
If it's H2, yes, it's too big to drive on the road in JAPAN.
