Lifting an H3

I would like to lift a 2006 H3 about 3" higher.  I already have a ReadyLift Level Kit installed along with 20" rims and tires but I just want a little more height.  As I am new to the truck world can a truck be lifted 2" to 3" without having to purchase an expensive suspension kit......what would my other options be if any?

These are the best ones I've seen by Ranch Suspension. They are not that bad priced either...         lol
