What did I miss?

GM said they would not give her any kind of extended warranty, and she was talking about either getting rid of the H3 either now or after it's paid off (I forgot which) and never buying another GM vehicle again (which I can't blame her after they pretty much swindled her).  I haven't see her for a bit (but then again, I always seem to miss her).

When did you hear this?...I think you are behind in the news Mikey...Unless she has said something to you in a PM to the contrary recently...But the latest I heard and read here was that GM is setting her up with a warranty...

She PM'D me saying that after trying to contact the GM of Hummer, they still said NO and that her dealer service director was going to make it happen.  That's the last I read or heard of it unless I missed an entire day of new information.  This was on May 3rd.  Has something new happened since then?

This last promise was telephonically and I have been informed that all of my calls have been recorded for several months now.  Coincidentally they started informing me they were being recorded right after I first made mention of "my attorney." My Service Director did follow that up with an email tho .  So, I do have 2 docs with written promises - actually 3 if you count the original letter. 
 

I pm'd her 2 days ago asking if there was any news, but she hasn't been on since to reply.  I'm sure when she finds time to check back she'll let us know.  So relax hummerguy!

My guess, is that she is recovering from the case of PTSD she got as a result of her epic battle wih GM.

Gosh how nice to know I was missed!    Sorry, I have been doing the home remodel thing that last 2 weeks and dealing with the aftermath of poor work and cleanup and - up to my (_Y_) in aligators!  NOOO I have not been over to that other site since after I made my post....I have better things to do with my time then waste it on reacting over a buncha azzholes  (burned my membership card Killer lol)  
 
On the warranty thing, got a letter in the mail today from HUMMER detailing my extended warranty (been there done that before tho) BUT, this time it was what was promised to me telephonically. It also stated that I would be getting my paperwork in the next 6-8 weeks - so we will see!
