Sorry, b ut I don't remember what your driving. I have the H3 and the problem I had was the GMOS 04 harness was for rigs with the Monsoon system and I just have the standard system.

I have an 07 Lux model with the Monsoon system. So I figure that it would work. Thanks for the reply.

How did the install come out? I am installing mine today in an 03 H2 with monsoon and onstar, the only think is nobody around here has the GMOS-04 and I dont feel like waiting Does anyone know if its possible to hook it up without using that harness, i could care less about the onstar and door chimes, what do you guys think

you will hear no sound from the speakers without the module, it allows the aftermarket stereo to talk to the amps and speakers, without it you need to swap out your amps to get sound.

Just for the heck of it, where is the factory amop located, I have an extra amp in the garage for high's that I might put there instead, but that sounds like its gonna be a project also now

i went to best buy over the weekend to find out about the adapter, they wanted 140 for it.....the funny part is it takes 2 seconds to put on if you are getting your stereo changed out.......I would call a local stereo shop, they always have them around.

I've been on the phone calling around, so this harness is that easy to install, I've hooked up tons of radios in the past, but been reading its complicated with these new radios, but the harness looks simple??!
