Hey All,
Just wanted to let you know I installed the USA Spec DF-GM auxillary input jack today. It has 2 outputs actually if you wanted to use an MP3 player and sirius or something. I only used the one jack.
This was in a 2008 H3, Adventure with the Monsoon. The factory in dash 6 disc changer still works. The xm still works, etc. I had to cut the data line to the xm module but that was no big deal.
The aux input jack has rca ouput jacks so I ordered a 3.5 cable going into rca jacks from monoprice. I ordered a 6 footer so that I could route it wherever I want to. Currently I have the wires routed to the glove box so I can put the unit or cables in there when I'm not using it. The 6 footer was long enough to allow me to have the player on the passenger seat or even the console if I wished.

LOL, I thought about pics as I was installing. I should have done a step by step. It was a very clean install and mounted very nicely.
