Lately, (past two or three months) that thing would be real handy here...Several city blocks and major roads and streets blocked again today by flash flooding due to continual heavy rains.

Now the thing is do you register it as a boat or a car/truck?...hell know the money hungry government they will have you register it as both so they get their monies worth...
