Hummer vandalisms spur warning at D/FW

Police at the Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport are warning Hummer owners to
be cautious after several of the vehicles were recently vandalized in the Terminal A parking lot.
Officials said at least three, and possibly as many as five, Hummers have been vandalized.
Kevin Kidd, a Flower Mound businessman, said he found his Hummer had been scratched
five times when he returned to the airport after a business trip.
"I think it's a shame," he said. "This is my private property. I don't think anyone has the right to
do this to someone's private property. I understand they may be trying to make a statement, but
this is not the right way to make a statement."
While airport police said they are increasing patrols in the parking lots, they said their priority
remains protecting passengers and airplanes.

Another showing of how retards think they should show how much they care about the enviroment. I dont know why they would think that by doing stupid crap like scratching a car will raise awarement on global warming and this "showing" will supposedably scare people out of their hummer and into a prius. Oh well, there will always be ignorant and retarded people that dont know what to do with their time. I think they arent enviromentalist, they are just some weak little hippies that have no b@lls whatsoever.

I never realized how bad it is in the mainland.  I hope that doesn't happen here in Guam.

If i catch someone doing something like that to mine, or anyone else's...
 
         

I hate hearin' these stories!
So many of these have happened..it's only a matter of time when one of these punks are caught in the act at the hands of a fed up Hummer owner and they make an example of the azz clown.
 
Until then I'll wait to hear the "you got what's coming to ya" story. 

With Texas being a right to carry state, It is only a matter of time before someone gets shot over this ****......

Pathetic police service... can't even protect cars in the parking lot... lord forbids if a rapist was to roam around there... and to think, these cops are our first and last line of defense in regards to terrorism.

I am so glad I live in Michigan and that American cars are in the majority here, especially large trucks and suvs... seems to happen a lot less *knocks on wood*

I wish somone would find one of these scumbags and set and example for them all.

I feel that anyone caught doing this to a vehicle should be procescuted under the "Hate Crime" tag....
 
 

crap!  im flying out of dfw this friday...guess i'll be hitching a ride or taking a cab.  the only scratches i warrant are those i put on myself from off-roading .  it'd be funny to set up a sting operation at dfw though.  park in term A garage and just lie down in the back with your weapon of choice waiting...then BAM, vandalism b!tch goes down!!  sorry, day dreaming...

Hi all, I am the guy in the news about my Hummer being vandalized at the airport. I'm getting the truck repainted this week but I am still extremely pissed.    I guess they will never catch the people that did this... If I do though, it will be a long day for them.

I read the first and the followup articles in the news and was surprised at how sympathetic (for the media) they sounded.

Hell, they even referred to you as a nice guy....

This business about having no recourse, no retribution, no chance at justice....It was killing me at first, but I'm better now.
