I kinda like it.  Square it off a bit so it looks less car-like and I'd like it more.

Looks OK, but not really Hummerlike IMO.  They are trying to cater to another group using the Hummer brand I think.

I like the 1, 2, and 3, but if they build a smaller less expensive model, Hummer will lose it's exclusivity.  It will turn into the cav or sunfire.

That photoshop has been around for a long while.  It's not from GM, so hopefully, the H4 won't look like that.  While I agree that the brand would lose some exclusivity if they make a cheaper model, if they want to get higher sales numbers, that would be the best way to do it.

Yes, the photoshop is just an idea from someone--NOT from GM.  Also -- this is the same argument we've heard for years (H1 owners don't want H2...H2 doesn't want H3...H3 doesn't want H4....) They're going to come out with smaller Hummer no matter what -- and everyone eventually says "ok, i guess its not that bad"...

the idea that in the end most hummer owners will eventually accept the smaller h4 isn't proven true yet. Much like die hard Jeepers feel about the mall cruisers like the libery or commander...the h4 may never be accepted by real hummer owners. If they make it smaller like a rubicon and outfitted to directly compete with a rubi, then I think the h4 will be a huge hit.

define 'real hummer owners'.... and the H4, whatever the eventual design is, will be a heck of an off-roader.

For some reason that makes me think of one of those ugly pair of shoes called "Crocs"...

Isn't this like the 3rd or 4th time we have seen this now?? And I've said all 3 times...I'll take one!  I'm a ragtop gal  and a beach gal myself and IMO it is a cool cruisin mobile.   I wouldn't buy one of these under the guise of "owning a Hummer" - because I think when you get to this..you have taken pretty much all the real true "Hummer" out of it...(yes I am sure many of you H1 & 2'rs say that about the 3)
 
And yes I own a pair of crocs too! (However don't really wear them out in public but they are good for walking in wet grass, dirt or mud and then hosing off) <Gator crocs at that Fin >

I like it but it needs a roll cage.

  Mrs Clean has them Crocs too...course I think it's the latest fashion fad..at least when someone told her they were.....Now she's showing me all these damn purses that are published in STAR..$1800 to $3800 dollar purses....I said, as soon as you can put as much of your own dollar bills into a purse that cost that much..you can have one..Ain't that fair?..yes it is
