I think it looks aight... but yea id rather have that on my fendors then my fendors rusting out after a couple years....

I think several strips of black electrical tape would look better than that, and be cheaper too. Better yet, if you have a boulder grey one, just use duct tape.

the pic doesn't give you enough perspective. a close up of the fender looks like crap, but what about the scheme when looking at the truck from across the street? personally, i think red and black are a great color combo, and it might look good when you have the whole truck to view.

If your going for the Porsche 911 (930) Turbo look, then it's looks great, but ....
