H3's FINALLY arrive

Very exciting,
 
The H3's (built in South Africa) are FINALLY being delivered to my local dealer and will be availble from mid Month.
 
Now what colour should i choose?

I am a fan of boulder grey metallic ( obviously ).  The color hides dirt really well, I have never been a fan of flat colors.

Do you mind telling me how much you folks pay there in Rand for your base models?  What models do they have availible?  Base? Adventure? Lux? Tactical? Alpha?
 
Something tells me you guys will get raped on the prices down there as with a lot of the finer cars.

No..............US models are made in Shreveport, LA.

My H2 was built in ARLINGTON, Texas!!!(I think??) Have to look in the door jamb!!

The best color is by far Desert Sand.  But they don't make that anymore. 

I saw you last night along Indian School rd. - the Hummah plate gave you away. Nice to see a forum dude in the valley

Pretty sure every H2 is made by AM General for GM in Indiana.

the base model RRP is $49990.00 + On road costs AUD at this stage there is no ETA on the V8 or the Alpha or any other variation 

I have an old riding mate that works for the Brisbane Hummer dealership so i hope to get a great onroad price.  The colour i am aiming to get is the "Lunar gray Metallic"

Edit: Actually at that price its a fair call concidering the price of a Mitsubishi Pajero, Nissan Pathfinder and Toyota Prado.  WITH the Pajero and Pathfinder being very serious options for cruising the Aussie Deserts.  As I said the Test Drive is later this month.

The U.S. Market doesn't get the Prado and Pajero.  The Pajero is the Montero and the Prado is like the 4runner or Landcruiser here in the U.S. I'd still get the H3 over the 3 of them!
