I would like to purchase a black grill for a new H3. Does anyone know the least expensive place to purchase. All the places I have found are around $300. I thought of trying to purchase a takeoff chrome one for a reasonable price but that seems to be impossible. I can get one painted for $100. I was looking for a takeoff in the $100 range. I do not want to paint mine. Why? I want an extra.

have you asked the dealer about buying a takeoff? got one for an H2 from my dealer for $75, brand new

SB, I tried that already. They said that they never have takeoffs. I think they sell them for new.

Keep trying ebay. 3 H3 grills have sold there in the past month that I have seen. Highest price was $167 IIRC. One went for $116. If you can find one cheap enough, you could get it painted or line-x'ed black. Just a suggestion.
