Any one ever heard of putting a gooseneck hitch into a H1's Bed and if so how does it pull/turn?

I have heard 3rd-party accounts of 2-dr trucks being successfully equipped with a gooseneck/5th wheel hitch, but not any of the 4-dr models.

I have no experience personally with them, though.
