Hello, has anyone bought one of these brush guards from GoGo Parts off of eBay? How nice are they? I am thinking about getting one - thank you!

as a matter of fact I installed mine 2 nights ago in the snow,  I posted a few weeks ago about getting one,  I haven't had a chance to take pictures of how it looks.  I had a loaner witht the OEM bar on it and I thought the OEM was junk because it was loose, the supports appear hollow and weak.  The one from GOGOparts seems pretty sturdy, weighs about 30lbs, was simple to put on, just make sure you get 2 of the right size wrench/socket to remove the tow hooks.  I had to come back on here and read the previous posts about tow hooks since I have one of the earlier models that doesn't have the exterior torx screws that hold the tow hook mount.   Good luck with it, but I am happy with it so far, If I get a chance and slightly better weather I'll snap a few pictures.

Can you post a link so I can see it?  I just ordered one and they were all out of the black ones... so they sent me a stainless steel one for the same price.... 45-60 days before they get more in... I'm just going to try to sell the stainless steel one and get a black one from somewhere else.

Put the stainless on my 07 H3 and I really like it. For the price I think its a great deal the GOGOPARTS are a good bunch.

eBay Motors: HUMMER H3 BRUSH FRONT GRILLE GUARD OEM STYLE S/S (item 250087922410 end time Feb-28-07 16:32:05 PST)

This is the one I ordered.  Its stainless steel and has the rubber the wraps around the bar as shown in the picture.  I didn't think I would like it, but once I put it on it changed my mind, its looks more defined and a bit tougher too.  I don't have a fear of tapping something with this bumper either with the rubber on it.

Out of curiousity has anyone used the brush guards to push or move another car or anything more than looks?      I can't imagine the guard not pushing up into the hood/fender and causing damage.

(I'll upload my pictures today when my hangover subsides and i find my camera lost somewhere in my H3)?

Here are the pics from yesterday when I spent 3 hours washing, polishing, detailing, etc...  Then spent the following 12 hours (yes 12) going bar hoping on the "Erin Express".

BTW, I had just put a coat of that Turtle Wax "ICE" polish...  very happy with how that looks...  Also used the maguire's detailing spray for all the plastic molding.

And this last one just because it looks so damn could i had to show the whole thing...

A couple of folks have asked where I got the Hummer decal on my H3. I asked the guys at my local graphics shop to creat and install. Its chrome vinyl and the "Hummer is cut out allowing the body color to show through. Very happy with results and it protects the lower portion of sides. Very durable. Cost was $75.00 installed.

Thank you for your reply, and sorry to have asked you the same question that you have got from others before.

I'll try to find a shop to make the same decal here in JAPAN.

Look around some of the usual spots.. Teaka. Stallion, G-Style, etc..  Aries makes a light bar light clamp so you don't have to drill..  I think they're about $28 or so for two of 'em...   If you REALLY do some searching through online motorcycle sales places you can find the same thing for a lot less..  If not under lighting mounts, in with the footrest mounts..  http://www.jpcycles.com/ is a pretty good place to find stuff like that...   Just make sure you get 'em the right size to go around the brush guard..  Most motorcycle stuff is 1.25"O.D.
