Just out of curiousity, what are the gas prices where you live? It's 2.97 for regular and 3.21 for Premium here in my part of upstate NY

$2.89 in Pittsburgh, and climbing
$3.099 for 89 octane here in Cinci ... I wasn't pleased taggin' out just over 90 bucks last time I filled up .. granted, the tubby b*tch was dry as a martini but still .. ohh well

If you fill up more often, it does not seem like that much. Last time I topped off the tank it was only $19.00.

I have to agree..I never let my tank go below 1/2 tank..here I pay anywhere from $2.89 - $2.95..I hate to say this but with the gas prices climbing..I stay at home more.
Only pay $25.00 a week for gas.
What's the point? That just means I have to go to the pump more often and spend the same amount in the end anyways ... possibly more since gas prices fluctuate a bit ...

2.80-2.85 for 87 octane........3.15 for premium.

I filled up for 2.76/gal and that was the highest I've seen for a while. But it seems to be on a steady rise.. for no fawking good reason, as usual. I don't drive enough for it to matter (and my wife works for a local hospital, from the house).. but it still pisses me off for those who do have to drive far. Especially when there is no reason for it.
Summer price hike .. people drive more, jack up the price and you make more ..

I do the same. Fill up at 1/2. I know you end up paying the same in the long run, but it doesn't hurt quite as much..ahhahaha...and too, if you get into a situation, especially in the winter, then I know I've got enough gas for whatever may arise...hopefully
I got 1/2 a tank the other day and it cost me 35.00.

There is an EMAIL going around...
Simply, If everyone or at least a vast majority of all the auto owners across the North American continent (for you people in Canada, this includes you too) If you wouldn't buy any gas/fuel on MAY 15th..this will put a huge dent in the oil companiy's record breaking profit and send a message that we as consumers are fed up with these fawking prices...You've all heard the reports..
RECORD BREAKING PROFITS!!!!

gas in europe is insane.
its $3+ here now. it won't hurt hummer drivers as fast as truckers and drivers of jacked up pickups.
