Is it just me or do the front windshield wipers seems a tad slow for your taste?  I mean, even at the fastest speed it doesn't suffice for heavy rain.  Has anyone figured out a way to speed them up?  Honda Accords have faster wipers than the H3s & it's a sedan!

Here is a suggestion. I use RainX washer/deicer year round. After you have used it awhile the wipers are a lot quiter and at speeds above 30 mph the rain sheets off well enough that int wipers work good. If you do this though, stock up on it in the winter time because it's hard to find in the summer.

Yep, that Rain X is the sTuff.  Use the Glass Treatment and the washer fluid like BI said above.  I put a fresh dose on the windshield and for more than a month you can buz downt the E way in the rain and crud w/o any wipers on at all!  Seriously, try it!    http://www.rainx.com/  Put it on your headlights and turn lamps too to keep them clean and working good in the winter especially.

I live in Florida and I can testify about rain!  If you have to run your wipers that fast then it's time to replace the blades.  Also, ditto on the rain-X, it works great but doesn't last too long.

Thanks guys!  I'll pick some up this weekend.  Washer fluid & glass treatment.  How about the blades? Are those any good?

I'm not sure if it's available everywhere, but here in Indiana the RainX deicer washer fluid actually has RainX in it. Since I use it year round, I never have to apply anything. If you do it with just fluid though, It takes a few weeks of using it to get the full effect.
