Food poision

Right before Christmas really sucks!!! I'm so sick!!I think someone at the office Christmas party tried to kill me!!

For an upset stomach due to over indulgence of any kind...Oatmeal with a tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil (got to be virgin,,heheheh)...use only soy milk, as regualar milk will sour in your belly since it's upset...Then sweeten to taste with Splenda.

OK ... I have all those things, except soy milk, I'm going to go try it right now!! Hope it helps with nausea!

I could use a belly rub, except right now it would be a skin over ribs rub !
