Does anyone know if they make a plastic grill in black that I could get?  I had the orginal plastic one painted black and it started to chip or do I need to buy a stainless steel grill and have it powdercoated?? And if so, has anyone done this?? Let me know!

roughed mine up with scotchbrite, then shot it with a few cans of bed liner (line-x in a can).  held up fine so far, no chips.

i think line-x or rhino-liner are good choices -vs- paint for that kind of thing.  they are thicker, so they have some substance/strength of their own where a thin little paint layer really doesn't.

GM DOES make a colour match grill for the H2's now.

I see them on eBay from time to time:

This place, I've ordered ALOT from, usually have the best prices for OEM stuff. WAY better than my dealership. It says "primed", but I'd CALL them and ask!!
