I was thinking the exact same thing, first rain here in Vegas in a long time. My H3 feels pretty good in the rain, might have to go do some offroading tomorrow

Amazing.  It's funny how regional weather patterns shape our individual views.  Here is Florida it rains all the stinking time and a lot of it.  Thee's no such thing as a trace of rain on the weather forecast, it should be measured in buckets

Wow only rain gets you going try driving in 2 or 3 inches of snow my h3 i put in 4hi for the first time in one year since i bought it . Didn't need to but thought it would be fun to screw around in the snow. The h3 is awsome in snow rain whatever.

It has been a very dry summer and fall in Michigan, we need some rain and bring on the snow!!!!   I hate driving in the rain.    Driving in the snow can be down right fun if it weren't for all the other egg head drivers clogging up the place.

Hell when the sales guy was putting on the license plate right before we got the keys on delivery it started to rain.  Nothing like acid rain hitting the brand new H3 that you haven't even driven off of the lot yet.

That first rain hit Phoenix too. We've had 1.5 inches of rain this year (no typos there). We should've had 7 inches. Yesterday's storm doubled our total for the year, adding 1.5 inches in Phoenix. I think this was the first time I've used my wipers on anything but intermittent since I bought it in May.

What did the rain bring? Well, I traveled a twenty mile section of highway (51 in Phx) and saw six accidents being attended to. Actually watched a Saturn hydroplane, bounce off the construction barriers on the right, spin into the barriers on the left and then t-bone a car in the right lane that slowed down just perfectly for a solid, square hit in the drivers door. Police car was 4 lengths behind me so he got to see it all too.

We should've had 7 inches.

That's insane... we had 8-10 inches in 3 days this year...

We normally do about 80+ inches a year but Al Gore sez we're messing all that up by driving HUMMERs.  (He says as he flys his private jet from place to place preaching conservation)  http://www.fl-dof.com/fire_weather/forecast/ytd_rainfall.html
