well, kinda...I put money down and got my capital one loan check in hand....just got to get to the dealership tomorrow to pick it up!

It's a 98 chevy 3500 crew cab dually custom conversion.

It has a 454 Big Block and should get around 12-14 mpg.....at least I got something with better MPH than my H3!!!

Here's some pics:

Actually, it's kinda strange but growing up when everyone had a "dream" car like a ferrari or corvette, mine was always a dually....don't know why I just always loved them. When my son was born I had to sell my dodge ram dually for a more practical family car because we only had the dually and the camaro at the time. My wife promised me when she saw how upset I was as my dually drove away with it's new owner that when we bought another truck I could get a dually. I held her to her promise We still have the H3 for a practical family car...this is just MINE!!!!

Dennis, I fish alot of BASS tornaments down south and I didn't want to abuse the lil I5 in the h3 by towing my boat from NJ to FL or alabama 4-5 times a year, thats why I needed a better towing truck. Plus this one is all custom so I got a bonus out of the deal

You may have fished a tournament against my Dad, he fishes tournaments too. He goes to Alabama alot - mostly to lake weiss (I think thats it). He's a BassCat man.

Bass Cats are nice boats, I looked at a few before I bought my Gambler. The only lake I ever fish in Bama is Guntersville....If they had season changes like we do up north....I would sell everything I own and move there tomorrow...I love Alabama!

I've seen a few but never been in one, I think they went under a few years back and ended up selling their molds. Only reason I got my gambler is that I do alot of side arm skip casting and the front eck on the gamble is big enough to land a helicopter on. My stratos that I sold to get teh gambler was ok but I always hit the drivers cockpit windshield when I used a longer rod...used to drive me nuts!!!

Congrats on your new---eeeerrr used cheby man--Hope it works out for you. My only concern for you would be that it is 9 almost 10 years old, altho it looks in mint condition and looks to have been well taken care of. How many miles on it? Again, good luck with it!!!

I was actually only looking for a 98-99 chevy or gmc. I was a GM tech working in a dealership that sold mainly trucks from 96-99....I am very very familiar with this year/model truck. So I'm really not worried about anything breaking. there is 60,000 on the clock.
