ECM Upgrade

I have heard that there is an aftermarket upgrade to the ECM that you can get for the 2006 and 2007 H3. You send in your ECM and they do their magic. It is supposed to give the I5 3.7 L engine about 40 more HP.
Has anyone done this to their H3 and seen these improvements
I'm sure it must affect the miles per gallon, too.

first it's a PCM not an ECM, second there are all kinds of threads about this, do a search, and last it's not going to give to 40 HP It will give added HP but not that much.

40hp? Maybe, but only if it comes with the fuel magnets.
