Contemplating REMOVING My Grill Guard??

So I've been THINKING of taking off my Double Grill Guard?? Whatcha Think??
 

IMO...............Take it off and do something else to dress up the grilll.  But hell, you can't go wrong witch ever way you decide.

You have been thinking of doing that since I joined this forum...well at least you have mention it before...take it off...see how it is...if you don't like...put it back on...see

I'll vote for keep it, but I agree with Little Monster...take it off and if you don't like it, put it back on.

Is it true? My De-Blinging process is rubbing off on Bob? What's wrong Bob? Are all of us banning together and blacking out our rigs starting to make you jeolous?   NOW who's your MASTER BIATCH?!?!?!?

but if ya need a change ...do a black grill like the X 
i think it makes the chrome brush guard stand out more

I been thinking the same thing it looks cleaner off if you look at Dennis front of his truck it's very nice and clean.

I say de-bling it one piece at a time and then take it off roading....
 

 
p.s. I voted keep it....

Considering the way you use your H2 and it's current overall look (Street/Luxo), I could see you removing the guard
and giving the front end a treatment similar to this....



Even if you don't go with the chrome bumper, you could always polish up the aluminum skid and clear coat it.

Removing that grill guard  would definitely smooth up the lines and keep the over all theme consistent.

Jut my humble 2 cents worth.

(I like it the way it is but understand the need to keep it feeling new by changing things up)

Those Strut (sp) kits aint cheap....but.......It WOULD keep your pimp hand looking strong........

Hard to argue with Gunner on that one.   That would look sweet.
 
I think Bob already had the skid plate done. We just have not seen any PICTURES of it yet.

The grill guard was ACTUALLY the first item I put on my Rig back in '04!! Before I decided to BLING IT!!
 
Don't get me wrong, I DO LIKE IT, but like kild said, I'm just thinking of MAKING A CHANGE!!!

Hey Gunner, I REALLY like the HUMMER Grill. I think it's part of what makes a HUMMER look like a HUMMER, so I'm not really crazy about the Strutt's!!
