Cold air induction system

Perhaps this is posted in the wrong area?
 

What area would best be suited for the is Q.A.

Depending on the system $200 - $600!!
 
Maybe a 5-7hp gain, but if you tie it in with an Aftermarket Exhaust, propably 10-12hp and you'll LOVE the Growl you get!!

I'll look into to the cold air system some more.
Hoping to get some advice from those recommend what Not to buy at least...

We just bought one of the cheap ones on ebay for like $40 plus $24 shipping includes a big universal k&n style filter. Its very nice. We bought it because the rubber fitment on the OEM intake was starting to wear and break away. The kit works real nice and its stainless steel.  One of the mechanics said you can hear the air rushing in. I wish I could tell you but I don't drive the limos only on occassion I can't get a driver which is rare. They do alot of idleing so its hard to tell sometimes by the dash readout because one car coulda just had alot more idleing
