Hello all.
Please help me.
I have a 2003 H2, and I have noticed that any time I turn off the truck and remove my key, the next time I start it up the time on the radio resets to 12 O'clock. Has any one ever experienced this, and what is the cause and fix?
Thanks in advance.

Do you have the stock radio in it?

Have you checked all of the radio fuses.... It seems to me the unswitched power wire has blown it's fuse...

No, I will check those today. Are these fuses located with the usual fuses?
I also dug up some info on the net. Some Chevy Tahoes have the same issue..they contribute it to a coroded battery ground to engine wire. I will check and report back.
Thanks for your input.

i corroded battery cable can lead to several problems,it will cause coil packs to not get enough power and eventually cause a misfire..........put that on your maintence list

Just figured I'd give every one an update on my issue.
It was the red cable that connects to the battery. I moved it a little (although it was actually connected tightly), and the car came back to life (after through the day progressing to not starting at all). I disconnected it and cleaned off the connector a little then re attached it. So far so good, but I'm going to have them replace the cable seeing that I couldnt get to the actual wires. They are too tightly wrapped up by the rubber protector.
Thanks again for all your help. This is a very responsive forum.
